The Aldea Global Corporation was present in two major events held on 11 and 12 August 2014 in Bogota: 4th Congress of the Global Pact and Rio +20. Two meetings focused on the importance of environmental development, the protection of water and sustainable innovations.

In the case of 4 Global Pact Congress ¨architects of a better world¨ the conferences and important meetings with national and international personalities on issues such as global development agenda POST 2015, Business Leadership in the development agenda, developed sustainable industrial development and inclusive, Transparency and accountability, action and collaboration platforms, responsible management in supply chains, alliances and shared transformative value.

Aldea Global, renewed interest in the topics covered especially in the Mandate for water, Business Principles for Peace and Empowerment of Women.

On Rio +20, the agendas included issues such as efficiency of resources for sustainable cities, green cities, climate change, waste management and about significant environmental and cultural changes necessary to ensure sustainability by 2020 experiences.
