The Aldea Global  Corporation was invited to the FSC General Assembly 2014, which takes place in Seville Spain from 7 to 14 September this year. This General Assembly commemorating the twentieth anniversary of the FSC’s ongoing effort to find solutions that benefit people and forests around the world. This event was attended by the members and stakeholders of the FSC who want better conditions for ensuring certifications aspects of issues such as gender equity, revision of the minimum conditions of communities, among other key issues.

This year, the event promotes reflect on how certification can serve as a key tool for preserving tropical forest ecosystems, in different continents of the globe.
